We deliver cooked food, so everything here is measured in minutes rather than days. There is no shipping, no courier and no tracking number — there is a rider with your order.
Where we deliver
We deliver within a set radius of our kitchen at OPP: Sai Baba Temple, Bypass Rd, Parvatipuram, Andhra Pradesh 500089. Checkout tells you plainly if an address falls outside it, before you pay.
How long it takes
Most orders arrive within 30 to 45 minutes of being accepted. The estimate shown on the tracking screen accounts for how busy the kitchen is and how far you are; weather and traffic can move it. You can watch the rider approach on the map from the moment the order is picked up.
Delivery charges
Delivery is charged by distance, shown itemised at checkout before you pay. Some areas carry a minimum order value, also shown at checkout. Nothing is added after payment.
At the door
The rider confirms delivery with a one-time code shown in your app, so an order cannot be marked delivered without reaching you. Please keep your phone reachable — if we cannot find the address and cannot reach you, the order comes back to the kitchen.
Who operates this service
SS Grand - Biryanis & More sells the food and is responsible for it. The ordering app and website are operated by Rano, a trading name of SAI SATHVIK ENTERPRISES, a partnership firm registered in India.
Online payments for your order are collected by SAI SATHVIK ENTERPRISES through its payment gateway and passed on to the restaurant. Cash on delivery is taken by the restaurant's own delivery partner. Whichever way you pay, the decision to refund is the restaurant's and the refund reaches you by the route set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
