In the app
Open the app, go to your Profile, and tap “Delete my account”. Type DELETE to confirm. It happens at once and cannot be undone.
Without the app
Email or call us from the phone number you signed in with and ask for your account to be deleted. We confirm it is you and delete it within 7 days.

What is deleted
Your sign-in, your profile, your saved addresses, your preferences and your notification token.
- Past orders are kept for tax and accounting records, as the law requires, but your name, phone number, delivery address and location are removed from them.
- Payments are held by our payment gateway under its own retention rules; we keep no card or UPI details.
